There is so much noise out there around what foods to eat, yet the ultimate pathway to better health, it revolves around limiting/eliminating foods that are harmful to your bodily functions.
To understand what you need to eliminate, you must first track what you are putting into your body in the first place.
Are you reading food labels?
Do you ask the restaurant server what oils they use?
When you buy your groceries are you purchasing whatever has the cheapest ingridients? Or the healthiest?
Track what you are eating and see if anything on the list below is showing up on your daily food intake list.
What foods to eliminate:
Processed oils: corn, canola, vegetable, peanut, soy, etc.
Trans fats
Dairy
Corn
Soy
Grains (with or without gluten)
SUGAR!!! This is the TOP thing that should be cut to help improve your overall health. Includes high fructose corn syrup and other processed carbohydrates, as well as alcohol of any sort.
