This is what you've been waiting for: hormone balancing.
If you balance your hormones, you'll lose weight and reduce inflammation in your body.
If you want to balance your hormones, you MUST:
Get regular, daily movement
Sleep well and enough, regularly
Have a healthy, inflammation-reducing diet (check week 1 videos again)
Include LOTS of garlic and turmeric (with black pepper)
Broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, cauliflower and onions are great for liver health
Liver organ meat (if you can hang with that!)
Inflammation occurs when someone has too much stress that they are dealing with. Stop looking at yourself as someone who wants to lose weight, instead, you are someone who wants to reduce their stressors and bring their hormones into balance.
The LIVER regulates all of your hormones in which you need to start regulating.
