Week 4 is about routines. Routines are different from habits because you need to think about your routine.
You need to create a routine that supports your healthy lifestyle and is one that you ENJOY - especially in the morning. Figure out a way to avoid the feeling of being rushed when you first wake up, and create a routine that does something to support your health.
Maybe you're eating a healthier breakfast, or just deciding to skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast is an extremely healthy solution for some people. Find what works for you and go with it.
Maybe something you do first thing in the morning would seem dramatic to you or others...for example, keeping your cell phone off for the first hour of your day.
If something doesn't serve you, don't make it a part of your routine. This is the part where you get to listen to what you need.
Routines aren't hard. You already have one. This is just a matter of you modifying it to support your health and weight loss goals.
